Arts & Crafts, home decor items, jewelry, clothing, home and garden, collectibles, beauty items, toys, autos, service companies and non-profit community groups will offer a wide variety of items for sale,
Vendor spaces are available at reasonable rates. Pre-registration and payment is due no later than Sept. 30 Registration and payment after Sept 30 please add $25.00 to your total payment. After Sept. 30, no payments by check, only payment by Credit Cards / PayPal, cash or money order will be accepted.
Spaces will be assigned in advance on a first-come, first-served, first paid basis. The Committee will contact you in regard to exact location closer to the event. Assignments of spaces are based on your preference, date of request and payment, separation of similar products and availability of locations. See display sample layout below.
Note that when registering using the online registration form, you may select the option of paying via Debit, credit or PAYPAL to expedite payment receipt and assignment of your locations.
Those who register can request a space location. Please make a first and second choice for space when completing the form below.
Please review the diagram below and include your request or state no preference. The 14 Front Corner Spaces under Township tents require an additional $25 registration fee. The Committee will assign locations as close as possible to the location you request and you will be notified closer to the event date.
All Vendors supply your own tables and chairs. Payments for vendor spaces are non-refundable since the event generally proceeds even in inclement, non-dangerous weather conditions.
Note, any community or business groups planning to hand out literature at the event must submit it to the Recreation Committee in advance for approval.
Note: There is not any electrical service available this year for vendor displays. Electric for lighting only in vendor tents will be made available.
YOU MUST HAVE PARKING PASSES WITH YOU TO DRIVE INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS.
YOU MUST ARRIVE FOR SET UP AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL OPENING TIME EACH DAY. WHEN GATES OPEN FOR THE ATTENDEES, THE ACCESS ROAD BECOMES A PEDESTRIAN ONLY THRU-WAY. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER. NO EXCEPTION. (See Festival times below.)
Parking will be behind the vendor tent area for one vehicle. If you have two vehicles, please contact me by email prior to the event for additional information.
You will be able to drive off the festival grounds after the start time; however, in order to return, you will need to park outside the Festival and enter through one of the admission gates. A side gate will be opened at set times in order for vehicles to leave the Festival grounds only. NO ENTRY VIA THIS GATE. The gate will open at 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and 8pm for vehicles in line for egress. If you know you need to drive out, please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled gate opening time.
Festival displays hours are:
Friday, October 5th from 6 to 10pm
Saturday, October 6th from 12 noon to 10pm
Sunday, October 7th from 12 noon to 10pm
You will be permitted to enter the Festival grounds for set up as follows:
Friday, October 5th, 2 pm thru 5:30 pm
Saturday, October 6th 8 am thru 11:30 am
Sunday, October 7th 8 am thru 11:30 am
Vendor access to the festival grounds is via Pine Street from Landis Avenue/ Rt 56.
From the traffic light at Landis Avenue/Rt 56 and Morton Avenue, travel less than 1/10th of a mile EAST on Landis Avenue/Rt 56 and make a RIGHT onto Pine St. (There is no street sign marking this road.) Follow this access road to the “T” and turn left to get to the vendor tent area. Please note, Cumberland County Fire Police will be patrolling this access road. Please show them respect as they perform the duties assigned to them. You will need to show your parking pass to enter.
